From Concept to Court — How a PERFIT Paddle Comes to Life
Once the design is finalized, our expert engineers turn sketches into high-performance paddles through a precise, multi-step manufacturing process:
We begin with premium materials—carbon fiber, fiberglass, and polymer honeycomb cores—each chosen for their balance of strength, durability, and responsiveness.
The honeycomb core is cut and shaped to size, forming the foundation of the paddle. This lightweight structure absorbs shock while delivering a solid feel.
Next, we fuse the paddle face—typically carbon fiber or fiberglass—to the core using heat and pressure. This creates a seamless bond and ensures consistent surface tension for power and control.
Using advanced thermoforming techniques, we seal the paddle’s edges, improving durability, unifying the structure, and enhancing aerodynamics.
The handle is reinforced, shaped, and wrapped with cushioned, sweat-resistant grip tape for maximum comfort and control during play.
Each paddle is carefully sanded, printed with the PERFIT logo, inspected for quality, and tested to meet performance standards before it’s ready for the court.
