What’s Covered

Structural failures: Handle separation, cracked frames, or edge damage not caused by impact.

Performance issues: Significant loss of grit or spin texture within 6 months of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear: Surface scratches, cosmetic scuffs, or gradual grit loss.

Accidental damage: Paddles cracked by impacts, extreme temperatures, or improper storage.

Modifications: Alterations like sanding, repainting, or unauthorized repairs void coverage.

Commercial use: Paddles used in rental programs or high-frequency coaching environments.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Include:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Photos/video of the defect.

A brief description of the issue.

Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Resolution: Choose a free repair, replacement, or prorated credit toward a new paddle.

PERFIT reserves the right to deny claims resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
