Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Email our support team at support@perfitus.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Ship the Product – Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged paddles (unless due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
