We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@perfitus.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Ship the Product – Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  3. Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged paddles (unless due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
